Jeffrey S. Zdunczyk
Prior to joining Woodman Edmands, Jeff developed a broad civil law practice during more than 20 years as a sole practitioner in Kennebunk, Maine, and as owner and manager of Kennebunk Title Company. He has significant experience advising and representing individuals, families and businesses in a variety of complex legal matters, with a focus on real estate, business, estate planning (wills and trusts) and probate of estates. He handles all aspects of real estate law and practice, representing buyers, sellers and lenders in residential and commercial titles and closings, as well as assisting investors and developers. His practice also includes litigation of real estate disputes such as boundary and right-of-way disputes, zoning appeals, and landlord/tenant matters. Jeff has an active business and corporate practice, and particularly enjoys assisting entrepreneurs and business clients to organize, start up and grow their businesses in Maine and beyond.
Jeff’s roots in the region go back to the 1970s, when his family moved to Maine after vacationing in the state frequently. He graduated from Kennebunk High School before attending Boston College and Georgetown University Law Center. During law school he served an internship with the U.S. Department of Justice at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston, working for the chief of the criminal division.
