Sandra is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine where she earned a degree, cum laude, in Environmental Science & Policy, and of the University of Maine School of Law where she served as a student attorney at the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic and interned at the Office of the Attorney General in the Natural Resources Division.
Ms. Guay is an adjunct instructor in Land Use Law at the Muskie School of Public Service at the University of Southern Maine, and a former instructor in the Paralegal Certificate Program at York County Community College.
Sandra is admitted to practice in all state courts and the federal courts for the District of Maine. She is a member of the Maine State Bar Association and the York County Bar Association (past President). She a currently serves on the Planning Board for the City of Saco, and has served on the Town of Lyman Planning Board and as chairperson of Lyman's Comprehensive Planning Committee.
