Tom earned his undergraduate degree from Maryknoll College in Glen Ellen, Illinois in
1968 and
his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1973. He has practiced law as a sole practitioner in Hollis, Maine and
with a small law firm in Biddeford prior to founding Woodman Edmands Danylik & Austin, P.A. Tom has served on municipal boards and committees for the Town of Arundel, including its Zoning Board of Appeals. He
currently serves on its Board of Selectmen, an office he has held (former Chair) since 1992. He is actively involved in the community as a director for the York County Community Action Corporation and as a coach for youth basketball and baseball. Tom practices in a variety of litigation areas including personal injury, construction disputes, will contests and family law.
He is listed on the roster of Arbitrators for the Maine Superior Court and has experience serving as a mediator
in various areas within the scope of his practice. Tom is a member of the Maine State Bar Association and the Maine Trial Lawyers Association. |
