Richard A. Hull, III

Attorney Rick Hull recently merged his practice with Woodman Edmands and brings a wealth of varied experience to the firm. He has been both an associate and partner in a small family firm, the resident partner in a large Portland firm, the chief operating officer of a title company and, most recently, a solo practitioner with a concentration in real estate and real estate related matters. Rick currently provides title and closing services to a wide variety of local and national institutional lenders. He has served on the Board of Directors or Trustees for Southern Maine Medical Center, MaineHealth, Biddeford & Saco Water Company and the McArthur Library Association.
