Robert B. Woodman
Robert B. Woodman has forty-eight years of experience as an attorney engaged in providing advice, solving problems, completing transactions and administering trusts and estates for Maine, out-of-state and international clients. His early career involved real estate and civil litigation matters, followed by commercial and real estate development, together with zoning and land use.
His present practice primarily involves estate planning for individuals and families, and the administration of complex and sophisticated trusts and estates. Bob has extensive experience with the drafting and preparation of wills and dealing with probate matters and the drafting and preparation of various types of trusts and their administration. His practice involves a particular emphasis on preserving family properties and establishing and advising family limited liability companies and partnerships.
